Netflix blocks third-party embedding — use the BVF Chrome extension on netflix.com instead. Everything plays locally in your browser — BVF never sees the URL, the video, or the audio. Sound & filters: native playback (direct files + auto-resolved hosts) routes audio through the meter and lets every CSS filter, overlay, texture, and audio-reactive effect work on the real pixels. Iframe embeds (YouTube, Twitch, Vimeo, etc.) sandbox both pixels and audio — filters can't reach the frame and sound stays inside the embedded player; click Open to launch the original source in a new tab for unfiltered audio while you grade.
