Acceptance
By installing or using BVF, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the extension or web app.
Use of the service
BVF is provided for personal use to enhance video playback in your browser. You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or use it to infringe the rights of others, including the intellectual property rights of content owners.
Content
BVF processes media that you choose to play. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to access and modify the playback of that content.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for any damages arising from its use to the extent permitted by law.
Refunds
Paid plans (BVF Pro yearly and Lifetime) can be refunded within 48 hours of purchase. Request a refund through the Feedback page with the email used at checkout. After the 48-hour window all sales are final and no refunds are issued, including for unused time on a yearly plan.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
